Unique Arts and Crafts era two-piece silk charmeuse gown in pale pink with peach undertones. Matching silk embroidery details the skirt, over bodice, and side panels of the skirt. A sleeveless, ruffled lace under-bodice in fine linen hooks closed in front, and attaches to the long, charmeuse skirt. The bodice also features a ruched and ruffled fichu of tissue silk in matching color. There’s box pleating at the empire waist, and deep pleating at the sides which drape down into puffs near the bottom. An eight inch wide matching silk sash encircles the empire waist and snaps at the side. Hem is longer on the sides then in the middles. A few old stains of a type that ate small holes in the silk – these are smaller than pea size.
