1926 dramatically beaded bright teal blue velvet flapper dress. The dress is designed and decorated with silver beads and rhinestones in lovely floral design. LOVE the rhinestone spray down the front and back bodice as well as the art deco motif. In great condition and wearable, with only few tiny age related pin stains.
