Shimmer

I’ve only ever seen three of these blue beaded and sequined black net tabards and I bought two of them on eBay in the same week for my bridesmaids to wear to my first wedding. To give you an idea how long ago this was, I had to find a payphone to call a friend and have him bid for me because I couldn’t get to a computer. The bright sparkling blue on black net is especially stunning over a complimentary-colored slip.
I added the bright blue silk chiffon bow at the hip, and I’ll include it if you want. You might also put matching bows at both hips. The front V-neck is lower than the back. The bust is open, so I’m guessing what size might work proportionate to the waist. Of course hips are open.
A few of the dangles are missing off the hem, and it’s amazing this dress survived the reception — the other one was completely shredded.
