This wedding dress was designed and made for a 1927 wedding of beautiful Spanish lace. It is sleeveless and has an under-dress made of and creamy white silk satin. The satin dress is pleated at both sides.
There’s a slight dropped waist with a poofy ornament of soft tulle and tiny silk flowers that hang from the left side of the dress. The top right shoulder is adorned with long satin ribbons gathered together by tiny wired silk flowers. There is no closure on this dress so it’s hard to get over wide shoulders. You could tailor in some side snaps.
The dress is not labeled, but I had a note that it was ordered through B. Altman New York. My Grandma’s wedding dress was the same length, very trendy at the time with a long veil.
